Job summary

Moulsham High School in Chelmsford is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support students on the SEND Register and help them access the curriculum. Most time will be spent in the classroom, with occasional small group or 1:1 intervention as part of the role.

This post is term-time only and subject to an enhanced DBS check. Visits to the school prior to application are welcome and encouraged.

Contract: 28.75 Hours per week (Monday to Friday), Term Time only

We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant who is committed to supporting the students on our SEND Register to access the curriculum. Most of the time the successful candidate's time will be spent in the classroom, but some small group or individual intervention may also form part of this role.

The Student Support Team is highly successful with all SEND students achieving at least 8 G.C.S.E ‘s at the end of Year 11.

Visits to the school prior to application are most welcome.

This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and is not suitable for anyone barred in any way from working with children.

There are two available vacancies for this position.
