Job Opportunity: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: £19,000 – £22,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Start Date: September 2025 (or as soon as possible)

About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work alongside teachers and the wider team to support pupils with a range of learning needs. You’ll provide tailored one-to-one and group support, helping students to access learning and reach their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

Support students in and out of the classroom with their learning and personal development

Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt resources accordingly

Work closely with teaching staff to track and celebrate progress

Create an inclusive, supportive environment where every student feels valued

Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being

Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a school setting

Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic

Confident communicator with strong teamwork skills

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

A relevant TA or LSA qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential
