Lift Kingswood, part of Lift Schools, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students in learning and personal development. You’ll work closely with teachers to tailor support, promote independent learning and help create a safe, engaging classroom environment in a busy school setting.
You will assist with lesson delivery, monitor progress, manage behaviour and contribute to safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion across the student cohort.

Lift Kingswood's Teaching Assistants are vital members of the team. You'll work side by side with teachers to help every student access learning, develop independence and grow in confidence. Your work will make a genuine difference supporting young people to achieve their potential and flourish in all aspects of school life.
You'll get to know your students' individual needs, helping them navigate lesson content and developskills to learn independently. You'll deliver small-group or one-to-one support, promote positive behaviours and help create a safe, stimulating learning environment. You'll work with teachers, SENDCO, pastoral staff and families to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.
We value the skills and dedication of our teaching assistants. To support the best outcomes for our students, we require a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). If you don't yet hold this qualification, don't worry! We'll invest in your development by enrolling you in our Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme, helping you gain the behaviours, skills and experience you need to thrive in the role.
