Bedfordshire Schools Trust (BEST) is recruiting a Learning Supervisor for Samuel Whitbread Academy. You will lead classes in the teacher’s absence, maintaining a structured and inspiring space where students stay on task and reach their potential.
You will work 37 hours per week, term-time only (plus five staff training days), reporting to the Vice Principal & Head of Department. This role involves safeguarding and DBS compliance as part of the school's community.

SALARY/GRADE RANGE: NJC Scale 3D Points 7-11 pro rata (FTE £27,274 - £29,071 pro rata; actual £23,747 - 25,312 per annum)
RESPONSIBLE TO: Vice Principal & Head of Department
HOURS: 37.00 hours per week (working Monday to Friday) term-time only (to include five designated staff training days)

This role will involve working closely with the pupils at Samuel Whitbread Academy and you will be engaging in regulated activity with children.
