As a Learning & Development Program Coordinator, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of L&D Functional Programs within the GSCS organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the learning programs, cohorts, and interdependencies, as well as the ability to facilitate communication, manage learner progress, and coordinate activities to ensure program success. Collaboration with stakeholders, Business Partners, the Learning Program Management Team, and Operations is essential.
