• Experience in Learning, Talent Development, Reskilling or Workforce Transformation with impactful programmes.
• Knowledge of AI, data and digital skills trends and applying AI tools to drive learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programmes and reskilling initiatives for Barclays employees.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to identify current and future development needs.
• Design and deliver classroom and digital learning content and experiences.
• Onboard and manage onboarding content and supporting materials.
• Measure programme success using data and metrics to drive improvements.
