Job summary

Apprentify is seeking a dedicated professional to own the infrastructure curriculum end to end across IT support, networking, cyber, cloud and AI-enabled infrastructure for apprenticeships and short courses.

You will engage on employer and sales calls as the technical SME, assist trainers with delivery guidance and CPD, and help shape processes as Apprentify scales. This role offers remote-first work with occasional travel to Wilmslow HQ.

Qualifications

Experience in curriculum design and development within infrastructure, IT support, networking or digital training.
Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and funded provision (e.g. Skills Bootcamps, ASF, FCFJ or equivalents).
Understanding of digital learning platforms, e-portfolio systems and blended delivery models.
Ability to design clear, sequenced and occupationally relevant curricula.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across delivery, quality, employer and commercial teams.
Understanding of quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement within funded learning.
Enhanced DBS check (held or able to pass).

Responsibilities

Design, refine and maintain the infrastructure curriculum across apprenticeships, bootcamps and provision.
Attend employer and sales calls as the technical SME when detail is required.
Support trainers and Development Coaches with delivery guidance, standardisation and CPD.
Lead internal advisory meetings to review what's working and what needs to change.
Own your curriculum area from day one in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
