Job summary

SAND Academies Trust is seeking a Learning Partner/Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team. The role focuses on supporting teaching and learning within classes, helping pupils reach their potential, with enthusiasm and a patient, caring approach.

You will work alongside classroom teachers to differentiate activities, monitor progress, and provide feedback. Applications from flexible working arrangements will be considered.

Job description

We are looking to appoint a Learning Partner/Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team. The main purpose of the Learning Partner is to support teaching and learning within classes. The role requires enthusiasm, hard work and a passion for supporting high-quality learning to maximise a pupil's potential.

The successful applicant should have a passion for working with pupils who have special educational needs and disabilities, with some experience working with children and in supporting teaching and learning.
