Job summary

St Andrew's is a church school in Congresbury seeking a Learning Partner (Teaching and Learning Support) to join our friendly team and support pupils, teachers and the wider school community across the primary phase.

The role requires a flexible team player with a positive attitude, good relationships with pupils, staff and parents, and the ability to work under the direction of class teachers or the SENDCo to support learning. A sense of humour and strong behaviour management are valued.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Partner (Teaching and Learning Support) to join our friendly team, working throughout the whole primary phase. The role is to work flexibly as part of a team, under the direction of class teachers or the SENDCo to provide teaching and learning support to pupils, teachers and the wider school community.
