Job summary

St Andrew’s Primary School Congresbury is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Partner to support teaching and learning across the primary phase. Working 18 hours, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays during term time, you will collaborate with class teachers and the SENDCo to help pupils, families and the wider school community.

Fixed term until 31 August 2027, salary Grade JG4, SCP 7-11 (£26,403 - £28,142) with pro rata actual salary in line with hours.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for a flexible team player who is positive and a problem solver.
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
  • Committed to supporting learning with the class teacher and SENDCo.

Responsibilities

  • Work flexibly as part of a team under the direction of class teachers or the SENDCo.
  • Provide teaching and learning support to pupils, teachers and the wider school community.
  • Assist with behaviour management and create a supportive learning environment.

The Role

We are looking for anenthusiastic Learning Partner (Teaching and Learning Support) to join our friendly team, working throughout the whole primary phase.

The role is to work flexibly as part of a team, under the direction of class teachers or the SENDCo to provide teaching and learning support to pupils,teachersand the wider school community.

The Trust
