Job summary

United Response is seeking a Learning Mentor for ROC College in Bude. The role supports 16-25 year-olds with EHCPs, developing life skills through community-based learning hubs and workplaces. The candidate will assess progress, deliver accredited content, and travel to student placements as needed.

The role requires experience with SEND, patience, and the ability to adapt materials to individual learners. Training for communication methods may be provided.

• Experience working with individuals with SEND.
• Patient, supportive, enthusiastic and creative approach to education.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor students aged 16-25 with EHCPs to develop life skills in community settings.
