Are you looking for a career with purpose?

Do you believe in the power of education to change lives?

Are you ready to make a difference – even if you have never worked in a school before?

If you answered 'yes', then we want to hear from you.

We are part of an ambitious and inclusive Trust, committed to strengthening communities through excellent education.

As a Learning Mentor, you will be a key part of that journey — offering guidance, motivation and practical support to help students overcome barriers and thrive, academically and personally.

You will not be stuck behind a desk — you will be in the heart of the action, working one-to-one and in small groups with students who need a trusted adult to believe in them.

No problem. We welcome people from all walks of life – youth workers, sports coaches, creatives, graduates, career-changers – anyone with the passion and resilience to support young people.

Thinking about becoming a teacher?

This role offers direct links to teacher training providers and real-world classroom experience that will set you up for success.

  • Supportive leadership and a positive, people-centred school culture
