The Position - Learning Mentor

An outstanding primary school in Lewisham is seeking a dedicated, patient and resilient Learning Mentor to join their team as soon as possible. You will be working closely with a boy who displays challenging behaviour, providing tailored mentoring support to help him develop positive behaviours, regulate his emotions and engage more successfully with school life.

The successful Learning Mentor will be responsible for building a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil, understanding his individual needs and identifying strategies to help him overcome barriers to learning.
