Arbour Academy in Eccles is seeking a Learning Mentor to support vulnerable learners who struggle to engage with education. You will deliver 1:1 and small‑group interventions, helping pupils to overcome barriers and build resilience.
This role is term-time only with 5 inset days, on a NJC pay scale (£35,570–£40,444 full year; pro rata £30,629–£34,826) plus SNA allowance (£813 per year). You will work with staff, families and external agencies to promote attendance, safeguarding and inclusion

We are seeking a committed and compassionate Learning Mentor to join ourdedicated team. You will work closely with staff, families and external agencies todeliver targeted interventions, promote attendance and engagement, and supportpupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
