• Support your designated year group using data, interventions and monitoring to maximise attainment.
• Monitor students academically and behaviourally, collaborating with the Inclusion Team and Vice Principal for Deep Support.
• Prepare referrals and reports for students needing intervention and attend case conferences.
• Communicate with students, parents and external agencies in a professional, confidential manner.
