Salary: Grade G Points 20 to 24 (£31,586 to £34,315 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata.

Location: Melior Community Academy, Scunthorpe

Hours: 37 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 Days (39 Weeks)

DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

The Vacancy

Melior Community Academy is looking to appoint a Learning Manager to join our academy in September 2025 on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Learning Manager, you will support student learning through data analysis, strategic intervention, and monitoring to maximize student attainment.

Salary: Grade G Points 20 to 24 (£31,586 to £34,315 Full Time Equivalent), with a minimum actual pro-rata salary starting at £27,532.19 per annum.

Hours: 37 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 Days (39 Weeks) / Permanent

Melior Community Academy is a coeducational secondary school in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, opened in January 2013 for students aged 11 to 16.
