Job summary

The Netherhall School and The Oakes College in Cambridge are looking for Learning Link Mentors to join our Inclusion Faculty. You will mentor students, provide check-ins and targeted interventions, and work with teaching staff and families to support engagement and wellbeing.

The role also involves preparing resources and handling agreed administrative tasks. We welcome candidates who are enthusiastic, compassionate and committed to removing barriers to learning and empowering learners to reach

Responsibilities

• Support students to develop confidence, independence and engagement with learning through mentoring, check-ins and structured interventions.
• Prepare resources, record and share relevant information, and complete agreed administrative tasks that contribute to the Inclusion Faculty.
• Work closely with teaching staff, families and the Inclusion Team to support learner progression.
