Job summary

You will design engaging learning content, create blended solutions and coordinate training across the organisation, working with managers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, training or related people development role.
• Confident designing and delivering technical and/or soft skills training.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
• Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning modules; developing eLearning content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver outcomes-based learning content across topics such as management and leadership, personal effectiveness, and business skills.
• Create blended learning solutions: workshops, eLearning, guides, toolkits, and bite-sized learning.
• Support development initiatives including management development, mentoring and internal events.
• Adapt learning content for different audiences and levels of experience.
• Lead coordination and delivery of training across the business.
• Manage LMS tasks: uploading, enrolment, scheduling, tracking and reporting.
