Job summary

Wymondham College is seeking a Learning Lead (Cognition and Learning) to work under the SENCO, delivering intervention programmes for students with Cognition and Learning difficulties. You will identify and track progress, run interventions and report outcomes to demonstrate impact.

The role is permanent, 38.5 hours per week, term-time plus 1 week, with benefits including LGPS pension, on-site parking and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Cognition and Learning difficulties in a school setting.
• Ability to identify, track and review student progress.
• Willingness to be trained in other SEND areas.
