Manual QA Tester (Part-Time)

We’re looking for someone to help us manually test our website . Your role will be to thoroughly test end-to-end customer journeys on CICON site, test all user flows, and report bugs or any functionality that is not working correctly.

What You’ll Do

• Test our website on both desktop and mobile
• Report bugs, broken links, or layout issues
• Check for typos and confusing UI
• Give feedback on usability and design
• Fill out comprehensive bug reports or checklists

What We’re Looking For

• Understanding basic principles of software Quality Assurance
• Strong attention to detail
• Good level of spoken and written English (equivalent to IELTS 5.5 / CEFR B2 level or higher, certificate is not needed)
• Understanding of the key usability principles
• Familiarity with UI/UX concepts or tools
• Can communicate clearly in writing
• Dependable and organized
• Natural curiosity and ability to learn independently

Nice-to-Have

• QA experience
• Background in QA, Design, Product, or IT (e.g., DKV, DP, etc.)
• Manual QA or UAT experience
• 100% Remote — work from anywhere
• Flexible hours — as long as tasks are done on time
• Only one short meeting per day — async-friendly
• Great learning experience if you want to get into tech or product work
• Reference letter if the performance is great
