Job summary

The Bedford College Group is seeking a Learning Facilitator to join the Foundation Additional Learning Support team at The Bedford College Group. You will provide tailored study support, manage learning resources, and monitor student progress to help learners achieve positive outcomes.

Role requires Level 3 qualifications and experience supporting learners, with a commitment to safeguarding and continuous development.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 standard with GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training; experience with learners including those with difficulties and disabilities.
• Experience supporting students in educational or care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to learners.
• Develop and promote learning resources and assistive technologies.
• Administer and mark assessments, monitor attendance and progress.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to coordinate support services.
• Maintain required documentation and ensure safeguarding and health & safety compliance.
