Chubb Fire & Security Group is hiring a Digital Learning Content Creator for a hybrid role based at our Blackburn head office. You will transform complex knowledge into accessible digital learning accessible via Workday Learning, supporting Technical Operations and Sales Training.

You will partner with SMEs and external providers to capture, structure and preserve knowledge, creating reusable e-learning and refresher content that scales across the business.

Formación

• Experience creating digital learning content, e-learning modules or online training resources.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning LMS.
• Ability to translate complex information into engaging learning journeys.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive approach to improving learning content and user experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging digital learning modules, assessments and refresher content within Workday Learning.
• Translate complex technical content into clear, practical learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and external suppliers to capture and structure knowledge.
• Convert supplier and manufacturer training into reusable e-learning resources.
• Maintain and update existing content to stay accurate and relevant.
• Develop learning pathways and campaigns to support product launches and standards.
• Create reusable digital assets to reduce reliance on classroom delivery.
• Support consistent learning capabilities across Technical Operations and Sales Training.
