  • Leverage market intelligence, performance data, and industry benchmarking to continuously refine and improve learning solutions, ensuring they are competitive and innovative within the industry.
  • Provide expert evaluation support to the learning and innovation team, facilitating iterative development and improvements based on data-driven insights and learner feedback.
  • Lead the review and analysis of learning solutions, utilising metrics, learner feedback, and performance data to make actionable recommendations for improving learning outcomes, learner engagement, and overall program success.
  • Champion the use of evidence-based insights and evaluation methods to enhance the learner experience, ensuring that learning interventions are impactful, scalable, and aligned with organisational goals.
  • Work closely with colleagues across strategy, insight, programme management and quality assurance to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to improvement across the division.
  • Execute additional tasks as required to meet the FA's changing priorities.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest standards of health, safety, and well-being can be maintained.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating the success of learning initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with internal teams and stakeholders to integrate evaluation into the learning process.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and feedback to drive improvements in learning solutions.

Beneficial to have:

  • Experience leading evaluations for large or complex learning programs, including global initiatives.
  • Experience in managing change and driving iterative improvements in learning evaluation.
