Job summary

Guardian Homecare in Basildon is looking for Learning Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to service users across Basildon and surrounding areas, helping people gain independence, confidence and social participation.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible shifts across 7 days, full training, and a supportive environment that values compassion and reliability.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Qualifications What You'll Need (Besides a Cape!) Hold onto your hats, because you don't need any social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders!


We offer full, paid training — all you need is a positive attitude, reliability, and the drive to champion independence.


Driving Requirement: Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence is strictly required due to the community-based nature of this role covering SS13, SS14, and SS15.
