Each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to provide daily support to adults in our residential services. It’s definitely not a normal 9-5, you can work days, nights, and flexible shifts too. Talking of ‘dream’ jobs, some of our shifts are sleep‑ins!

About The Role
Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and wellbeing in line with care plans, risk assessments, and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.
This role requires a compassionate, reliable, and proactive individual committed to delivering high-quality support and improving the lives of those they support.
Salutem Care and Education is dedicated to protecting and promoting the well‑being of children, young adults, and vulnerable individuals.
