Job summary

We Change Lives, based in the Leigh area, is hiring a Learning Disability Support Worker for on-site support at Twiss Green Lane, Culcheth, Warrington. The role offers a permanent 36‑hour contract with an hourly salary of £12.71.

You will provide person-centred support to people with learning and physical disabilities, helping them enjoy life, stay independent and participate in activities and the local community.

• Support people to enjoy hobbies and stay connected with their local community.
• Use adapted vehicles to support trips and activities.
