Job summary

We Change Lives (WCL) is a Northwest England charity that empowers people with learning and physical disabilities through residential homes, supported living schemes and community services. We are seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker to join the days team at Latchford, Warrington, delivering compassionate, person-centred support.

You will help residents to have choices, voices and independence, working a rolling two-week rota on day shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training and qualifications provided.
• You will support people to have their choices, voices, dreams and independence respected.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to live independent, meaningful lives.
• Provide person-centred care and help with daily tasks.
