Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is seeking Learning Disability Support Workers to join our clients team in Hertfordshire. You will provide frontline support in a welcoming residential setting, promoting wellbeing, dignity, and safety while helping with daily routines.

The role includes ad hoc shifts, full-time hours, and potential sleep-in shifts, offering varied opportunities to fit your schedule. Training and shadow shifts are provided to ensure a smooth introduction and team integration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience caring for vulnerable clients, ideally in a learning disability or residential setting.
• A patient, compassionate approach with a commitment to high-quality support.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to work with colleagues and care teams.
