Job summary

Leaders in Care is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to support a council team with manageable caseloads and strong development focus. The role involves working across home and community settings, with a chance to contribute to safeguarding, Best Interests and Court of Protection duties.

The role

You’ll support adults across a range of community settings, including people's homes, supported living services, residential homes and nursing homes. Your responsibilities will include Court of Protection work, safeguarding enquiries, Best Interest Assessments, and implementing and reviewing care packages. You'll also manage referrals for supported living, residential and nursing placements.

What you'll need

• Social Work qualification
• Current registration with Social Work England
