Early Years Alliance in Lincolnshire is seeking a Learning & Disability Practitioner to support families of children aged 0–18 with disabilities or complex health needs. This contract, part-time, field-based role offers meaningful breaks to families and thrives in a collaborative team across Lincolnshire.

You will work with children and families, delivering the Children with Disabilities Support Service projects, developing practical care plans and coordinating with other practitioners.
