Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Learning Disability Nurse to join Farmfield Hospital in Surrey. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to adults with forensic backgrounds and complex mental health needs.

What you will be doing

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
• Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
• Providing mentorship and support to team members
• Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided

Skills and knowledge you will have

Where you will be working

Location: Farmfield Drive, Charlwood, Surrey, RH6 0BN You will be working at Farmfield Hospital, which is a large purpose-built medium-secure service with good facilities. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will provide care and support for adult men 18+ with a forensic background and enduring mental health illnesses such as personality disorder, substance misuse issues and behaviours that challenge. Farmfield is located North West of Gatwick airport near the village of Hookwood, It is easiest to reach the site by car.
