Dove House, Worksop, is recruiting an experienced Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care in a learning disability and autism service. You will contribute to care planning, provide compassionate nursing, and mentor colleagues in a supportive NHS/private-sector environment.

The role involves assessing and responding to service-user needs, maintaining accurate records, and working with a dedicated team to improve lives.

What you will be doing:

• As a qualified Nurse (RMN, RNLD), you will ensure adults in this Learning Disability and Autism service receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
• The home is busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety.
• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
• Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
• Providing mentorship and support to team members
• Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided

Location: Colliery Road, Creswell, Worksop S80 4BX Be part of a new team at this 8 bedded residential service for adults under 65 years with a learning disability, autism and sensory and communication differences. Dove House is a specialist, robust service to support people with ongoing complex needs and behaviours that challenge who are stepping down from hospital or to avoid an inappropriate admission to hospital and to enable them to return to their home area. The model was introduced to emulate community care for individuals with complex needs in robust, spacious accommodation. The services are staffed 24 hours a day by a dedicated team of Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Nurses and Support Workers.
