Thornbury Community Services is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker to provide person-centered care in a client’s own home in Sunderland. You’ll support a young person with ADHD, complex mood dysregulation and challenging behaviours, helping them pursue interests and develop life skills in the community.

PAY RATES:£16.81 - £21.01 per hour (holiday pay inclusive)
Shifts - flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
