Cygnet Healthcare is hiring Learning Disabilities Support Workers for Cygnet Ashbrook. You'll work 42 hours a week across days and nights, including alternate weekends, driving service users to activities.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in a support setting with learning disabilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about empowering service users' independence.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs.
• Report on medical and welfare needs as required.
• Safeguard all patients and maintain a safe, clean environment.
