Job summary

Greencore Group plc is seeking a passionate Learning Associate to join our site team at our manufacturing operation. You will help deliver a high-quality learning experience across the business, supporting compliance and development, and helping employees build the skills and confidence they need to succeed on the shop floor.

In this hands-on role, you will deliver engaging training on the shop floor, in classrooms and via digital platforms, identify learning needs and coordinate timely training

Qualifications

• Passion for Learning & Development
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work at pace in a busy, changing environment
• Good organisation and time management
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Attention to detail and drive to continuously improve
• Some experience or exposure to food manufacturing (desirable)
• Willingness to travel if required

Responsibilities

• Supporting and maintaining compliance across site, in line with business and customer standards
• Delivering engaging training on the shop floor, in classrooms and through digital platforms
• Identifying learning needs and coordinating training to support site performance
• Working closely with Team Leaders and departments to ensure learning is relevant and timely
• Supporting "train the trainer" activity to create consistent, high-quality onboarding and development
• Assessing competence in key areas (including SOPs and CCPs)
• Using data and insight to track progress and improve learning outcomes
• Supporting problem-solving and root cause analysis when issues arise
