Job summary

Verisure in Newcastle is hiring a Training Specialist to develop colleagues and drive operational excellence. You will deliver induction training for Retentions, Upselling and Move/Take Over teams, create engaging materials and support onboarding of new starters.

You will also deliver refresher training, design training for new products, monitor progress, and collaborate with leaders to close knowledge gaps.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, coaching or L&D programmes.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging induction and refresher training.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction training for Retentions, Upselling and Move/Take Over teams.
• Create and update training materials, guides and presentations.
• Monitor learner progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify knowledge gaps and opportunities.
• Support onboarding and development pathways for colleagues.
