About the Role

We're recruiting for a Learning and Development Programme Manager to support the implementation and delivery of training and development through the employee life cycle. If you're ready to make a big impact and be part of something amazing, keep reading!

As our Learning and Development Programme Manager, you will support our global strategic and customised development programmes, including managing systems used to deliver learning initiatives across our organisation. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure that our learning programmes support our desired culture and strategic priorities.

To succeed, you should have experience managing Learning and Development programmes, preferably within a global organisation, and hands-on experience applying relevant training theory in creating, designing, and delivering soft skills training.

Excellent interpersonal skills, effective time management, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential, given the broad stakeholder interaction involved. A qualification in adult education, learning, or CIPD is beneficial.

Location: Remote with some travel to our offices in Bracknell and Cirencester for meetings and training. Travel to the Netherlands quarterly for the company induction is required.

Your Key Responsibilities

Training Support

  • Designing and delivering various learning activities across our global footprint
  • Engaging with external training providers—researching, coordinating, reporting
  • Reporting on training effectiveness and addressing learning needs

Training Development

  • Supporting professional development and career activities aligned with global policies
  • Facilitating induction and ongoing training programs
  • Assisting with soft skills development aligned with personal and strategic needs

Training Effectiveness

  • Providing data for training needs analysis
  • Developing methods to communicate and market programs
  • Reporting aligned with company strategy

Training Frameworks and Systems

  • Supporting development of the global training curriculum
  • Optimizing digital learning tools
  • Managing training logistics and recording in LMS

Qualifications / Requirements

Essential

  • Over 3 years of experience as a Learning and Development Programme Manager
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and evaluation methodologies
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and motivational skills
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and administrative skills
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability

Desirable

  • CIPD or adult learning qualification
  • Experience in the IT distribution channel
