Two Rivers Housing is seeking a Learning and Development Business Partner to craft engaging, inclusive learning experiences aligned with our values. You’ll partner with teams to identify development needs and design initiatives that support individual growth and organisational priorities.

You’ll lead the design and delivery of high-quality learning programmes and create a Learning Strategy to build capability, performance and behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality learning programmes
• Create a clear Learning Strategy to build capability and behaviours
• Lead leadership development, organisational change and talent planning
• Deliver workshops, coaching and mentoring, onboarding and apprenticeships
• Contribute to Organisational Development initiatives
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
• Be a key link for the Colleague Forum and staff engagement
