Job summary

Labman Automation Ltd is seeking a Learning & Development Lead to establish and drive the learning strategy across the business. You will build the L&D function from the ground up, creating frameworks, pathways and programmes that help people develop, while remaining hands-on in training delivery.

You’ll combine strategic leadership with practical delivery, identifying development needs, creating learning pathways, and implementing a strategy that supports growth.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing learning & development strategies in a growing organisation.
• Ability to design engaging learning experiences and deliver them with energy and credibility.
• Proven facilitation skills and ability to lead training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the L&D strategy across Labman Automation.
• Design learning pathways, create workshops and leadership programmes.
• Deliver training personally for about 25% of time and build a scalable learning culture.
