Job summary

Talk Staff Recruitment is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to partner with leaders across the business to develop learning strategies that support onboarding, compliance, career development and continuous improvement.

You'll identify capability gaps, design end-to-end learning journeys and monitor effectiveness using performance data to drive improvements, while promoting a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, Capability Development or a Learning Business Partner role.
• Ability to carry out learning needs analysis and design effective learning programmes aligned to business objectives.
• Strong learning design, governance and compliance knowledge with evidence of impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
• Experience using performance data and business insights to measure learning effectiveness.
• Organisational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps and develop structured learning programmes for onboarding, compliance, career development and continuous improvement.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to determine learning requirements across the business.
• Design, manage and continuously improve end-to-end learning journeys.
• Support onboarding, compliance training and career progression initiatives.
• Monitor learning effectiveness using performance data and metrics to drive improvement.
• Work with colleagues to deliver a consistent and engaging learner experience and ensure governance standards are met.
