Labman Automation is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to build and drive our learning strategy across the business. Based at Labman HQ, Stokesley, the role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to create impactful training programs.

You’ll design frameworks, pathways and workshops, balance technical development with leadership skills, and influence stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous learning across a fast-growing technology company.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing L&D strategies within a growing organisation.
• Ability to build new processes, structures and frameworks from the ground up.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and training delivery skills.

• Develop learning pathways and implement an L&D strategy across Labman’s business.
• Design and deliver engaging workshops, leadership programmes and professional skills training.
• Identify development needs, create pathways and programmes, and drive adoption across teams.
