Job Description:

Sysco GB is seeking a dynamic Talent & Development Consultant to join our Talent (Learning) & Development team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role reports to the Talent & Development Business Partner.

This role involves designing and delivering innovative learning initiatives aligned with our business strategy. Collaborating with the Talent & Development Team, HR Partners, and business leaders, especially within our Commercial function, you will implement impactful blended learning solutions that enhance skills and foster positive organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Partnership: Partner with the commercial function to identify learning needs aligned with business priorities.
• Learning Solutions: Consult on, scope, design, and implement effective blended learning solutions across Sysco GB, focusing on embedding and evaluating learning outcomes. Work closely with the T&D Leadership Team and HR to develop learning plans, enhance capabilities, and drive behavioral change at various levels.
• Strategy Execution: Implement the Talent & Development Strategy, translating strategic goals into practical results.
• Programme Management: Manage large-scale learning programs, especially in leadership and core skills, measuring their impact and engagement.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships within the business and the T&D team to ensure excellent service, share best practices, reduce duplication, and identify new opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in learning and development, from needs analysis to evaluation, preferably within a commercial or sales environment. Strong consultancy skills, stakeholder influencing abilities, and experience managing large-scale programs are essential. Knowledge of learning design and creating engaging blended content (virtual, face-to-face, e-content) is required. Experience working in a matrix organization with excellent collaboration skills is also important. You should be well-organized, detail-oriented, able to work efficiently under pressure, and capable of delivering innovative solutions that make a lasting impact.
