The Role
This role will shape the future talent pipeline and enhance organisational effectiveness by leading high-impact learning initiatives aligned with our People Strategy pillars: Capacity, Capability, and Culture.
Design and deliver strategic L&D solutions that close skills gaps, optimise ROI, and drive measurable impact, ensuring alignment with future capabilities data insights. Lead the full lifecycle of the Graduate Development Programme ensuring its effectiveness in talent development and organisational growth.
This role demands a versatile, results-driven professional who excels in stakeholder engagement, programme management, and continuous improvement, balancing multiple priorities to deliver high-quality learning solutions on time.

This role operates on a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Crawley office. Additionally, attendance at a monthly in-person team meeting is mandatory. Flexibility for further office presence will be required based on the scheduling and delivery needs of training programmes and workshops both at Aviation House in Crawley, and our office in Westferry, London.
This role is 31.5hrs per week based across 5 days.

Additional Information
For many appointments within the CAA, these roles require access to operationally sensitive infrastructure and/or Nationally Protected information. For these roles the post holders must undergo National Security Vetting and achieve the appropriate level of clearance.
To be vetted you must have the right to work in the UK so that meaningful checks can be undertaken.

Relocation & Property
The CAA will be relocating from Aviation House (Our Gatwick Office) to new premises in a few years’ time. Our move is driven by strategic, operational and environmental considerations.
We will be moving to a new local home, up to a 15-mile radius of Aviation House, to minimise disruption for our valued colleagues and customers.
We are now working with colleagues and visitors to understand what we need in our new office, before we start our property search. We will sell Aviation House and land, vacate the site and move to new premises, but we do not expect to move before 2028
