Job summary
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines in Ipswich is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to support Reservations, Guest Services and onboard sales.
You’ll deliver training, coach colleagues and help develop future cruise sales managers. The role involves creating and delivering training across product, destination, sales and processes, plus induction and ongoing system training, including I Travel system integration, to ensure teams maximise sales opportunities and deliver exceptional guest
Qualifications
- Experience in training, coaching or developing colleagues.
- Experience within sales and/or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions and presentations to Reservations and Guest Services teams.
- Lead induction and follow-up training for new starters.
- Provide one-to-one coaching and development to Reservations colleagues.
- Support Future Cruise Sales Managers with product knowledge and systems training.
- Maintain training materials and Safety & Quality Manual documentation.
