Job description

Learning & Development Assistant

Leading international law firm is seeking a part-time HR professional to support their Learning & Development (L&D) function in London.

  • Part-time (job share) 3 days a week (Wednesday-Friday)
  • 50% hybrid working pattern
  • Excellent employee benefits, including 25 days annual leave (FTE), long service accrual, corporate gym membership rates, and other lifestyle and family benefits

The Learning & Development Assistant will handle L&D administration across all offices and support Business School programmes and legal training requirements.

  • Coordinate programme demand lists and scheduling with the Senior Manager
  • Manage Business School courses, improve L&D processes for efficiency
  • Book rooms, arrange catering, equipment, room setup, including Teams access
  • Manage Intranet admin and monitor L&D inbox
  • Process payment requests via invoicing system
  • Liaise with speakers, organize attendance, hand-outs, and evaluations for various inductions
  • Previous law firm or professional services L&D experience is advantageous
  • Interest in learning and development
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Experience organizing face-to-face training and large events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
