The role involves supporting training programs and managing various administrative tasks related to learning and development. This successful international law firm (located on Cannon Street) with an excellent reputation is seeking an L&D Assistant to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis, working three days a week: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
The role primarily involves supporting the Programme Manager and handling all L&D administration, including supporting the firm's skills and legal training requirements.
You will be a key contact for internal training, involved in organizing events, and managing the firm's intranet to keep it updated with available training courses and seminars, as well as tracking applications.
To be considered, you should have at least 12 months of admin experience in Learning & Development or HR within a professional office setting, and enjoy interacting with people and assisting them in developing their careers.
