Job summary

Lorien in London is seeking an experienced Learning Designer/Learning Technologist to join the Mechanical Engineering team on a 3.5-month contract.

You will bring Moodle expertise to design engaging online learning, set up assessments and LMS workflows, and collaborate closely with academics to deliver high-quality digital content.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Moodle experience (essential).
• Experience as a Learning Designer, Learning Technologist, Instructional Designer, or similar.
• Background in designing and developing engaging online learning content.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, copyright, and data protection.
• Experience working closely with academics/SMEs to build high-quality digital learning.
• Experience setting up assessments, submission workflows, and course structures within an LMS.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
