Job summary

Argos is hiring a Learning Designer to own the learning design agenda in a lean, agile team and deliver blended learning solutions using Articulate Rise, Elucidat, Evolve and Storyline. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to shape and deliver impactful learning across the business.

You’ll design inclusive content, manage multiple projects end‑to‑end, and apply human‑centred design methods to drive performance support and continuous learning across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing blended learning solutions across digital, face-to-face and virtual formats.
• Autonomous in a lean team, managing multiple learning design projects and stakeholders.
• Apply human-centered design with user research, ideation, prototyping and testing.
• Create digital content with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Elucidat or Evolve; knowledge of SCORM/xAPI.
• Design accessible and inclusive learning solutions compliant with accessibility standards.
• Manage end-to-end design processes, version control, storage and timely asset delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce exceptional blended learning solutions promoting continuous performance support.
• Own the full learning design lifecycle in a lean team, balancing strategy with hands‑on delivery.
• Collaborate with learning architects and stakeholders to translate architecture into learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and creative techniques for digital and face-to-face learning.
• Create inclusive, accessible experiences while managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Influence stakeholders and drive learning solutions forward with user‑centred design principles.
