Job summary
QA Ltd is seeking a proactive Learning Designer to design and develop engaging digital learning content for external clients in London. You will apply learning theory and cognitive psychology to create impactful learning experiences, scripts, storyboards, and content.
The role requires collaboration with clients, SMEs and creative teams, and involves selecting appropriate media and delivery methods while meeting briefs, timelines and budgets. DV clearance is mandatory.

You're a Learning Designer who is proactive, resourceful, naturally curious, and comfortable working independently. You know when to collaborate or seek support, and you approach projects with a problem-solving mindset, looking beyond the requested solution to understand the challenge behind it.
You understand how people learn and apply learning design principles, learning theory, and cognitive psychology to create effective learning experiences. You're also a strong writer who can create clear, engaging scripts, storyboards, and learning content.
- Experience designing and developing digital learning content, ideally for external clients, with evidence of improved learner outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, SMEs, and creative teams.
- Confidence selecting the right mix of media and delivery methods for learner and client needs.
- The ability to work within agreed briefs, timelines, and budgets while keeping learners at the heart of the design process.
- Experience with Adobe Captivate or Intellum Evolve (desirable).
