About the team

Our Business Services team is a collective of creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance, and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies, and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.

The primary aim of the Learning and Development department is to deliver quality learning and development in a well-coordinated way that will have a positive impact on career development and performance.

About the role

  1. Ensure that learning and development products are designed and developed to meet business needs, positively impacting performance and career growth. Lead on learning projects covering all aspects of quality design, development, and implementation.
  2. Provide specialist guidance on the most suitable learning solutions, timelines, and stakeholder efforts (internal team and subject matter experts).
  3. Apply design thinking and instructional design principles to create effective learning interventions with appropriate resources to deliver business impact.
  4. Participate in content creation, design, and review meetings to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  5. Use assessment strategies, such as the Kirkpatrick Evaluation model, to measure the impact of learning initiatives within the context of Mazars UK’s evaluation strategy.

What are we looking for?

  1. Experience in a similar role.
  2. Knowledge of learning design principles, Kirkpatrick Evaluation model, and designing end-to-end learner experiences.
  3. Digital skills including MS Office, SharePoint, eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 Rise), and experience working with audio/video content.
  4. Skills in project scoping, scripting, storyboarding, and quality assurance (QA) in learning design.
  5. Data analysis and reporting skills to interpret client requirements and measure learning impact using metrics and data.
